Remodels, basements, and additions — built by your electrician.
Webb Electric takes on full projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, and additions. Because the electrical is ours, the trickiest part of the schedule is already handled.
What we build
Residential projects across Utah County — big enough to matter, small enough that you still get the owner's phone number.
Basement Finishing
An unfinished basement is usually the cheapest square footage you'll ever add to your house — as long as the layout, egress, and electrical are thought through before the framing goes up. Webb handles basement finishes from the first chalk line to the final trim, and the wiring and lighting are done in-house rather than handed to whoever is available.
Learn moreKitchen Remodeling
Kitchens are the most disruptive room in the house to remodel and the one where sequencing matters most. Cabinets can't go in until the walls are right, the walls aren't right until the electrical and plumbing are, and the appliances you picked determine circuits nobody thinks about until the inspector does. Webb manages the whole sequence.
Learn moreBathroom Remodeling
Bathrooms are small rooms with almost every trade in them. Waterproofing, ventilation, GFCI protection, and tile layout all have to be right, and there's nowhere to hide a shortcut. Webb takes bathrooms from tear-out through final caulk, with the electrical done in-house.
Learn moreHome Remodeling
Multi-room and whole-home remodels fail on coordination far more often than on craftsmanship. Somebody has to know what has to happen this week so next week is possible. That's the job Webb takes on — running the schedule, the trades, and the inspections, and self-performing the electrical that touches nearly every phase.
Learn moreHome Additions
Adding square footage is the most involved project a homeowner takes on. There's zoning and setbacks, foundation and framing, tying new roof to old, and making the finished addition look like it was always part of the house. There's also the question most people forget: whether your electrical service can carry the extra space.
Learn moreCommercial Tenant Improvements
Tenant improvement work runs on a different clock than residential. There's a lease date, a landlord's requirements, and a business that needs to open. Webb handles office, retail, and suite build-outs where lighting, power, and data drive most of the schedule — and those are the parts we do ourselves.
Learn moreKitchen remodels
Layout changes, cabinets, counters, lighting, and the electrical behind it all.
Bathroom remodels
Full tear-outs to finish work — tile, fixtures, venting, and circuits.
Basement finishing
Framing through final trim, with the wiring and permits handled in-house.
Home additions
Adding square footage, and making sure the panel and service can carry it.
Whole-home remodels
Bigger projects that need one person keeping the schedule honest.
Permits & inspections
We pull them, schedule them, and meet the inspector on site.
How a project runs
- 1Walkthrough — we look at the space and talk through what you actually want.
- 2Scope & price — a written scope with a real number, not a range you can't plan around.
- 3Permits & schedule — we pull the permits and lay out the sequence before demo starts.
- 4Build — our crew runs the job, including the electrical, with weekly updates.
- 5Final walk — punch list closed out and inspections signed off before we call it done.

Why it matters
One Contractor. Fewer Handoffs.
Most remodels stall in the gaps between trades. We close those gaps by owning both ends of the job.
No finger-pointing
When the electrical and the build are the same company, there's nobody to blame but us — so it gets done.
Fewer schedule gaps
Rough-in doesn't wait on another outfit's calendar. We sequence our own work.
One price, one invoice
You get a single scope and a single number instead of three quotes that don't line up.
One person to call
Same contact from the first walkthrough to the final inspection.
Our standard
The Webb Promise
Three things every customer gets, on every job.
We answer
Calls and quote requests get a real reply — usually the same day, from a person who knows the job.
We show up
The time we give you is the time we arrive. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
We communicate
You'll know the scope, the price, and where the project stands — no chasing us for updates.
