Project overview
A hardwired Level 2 charger installed in an attached garage, with a service upgrade after the load calculation showed the existing panel couldn't carry it.

The challenge
The existing panel was full and the calculated load left no margin for a full-power charger, so simply adding a breaker was not an option.
The Webb approach
The service was upgraded first, the charger circuit was run in the same visit window, and a spare position was left and labeled for a second vehicle down the road.
